This magic environment really made our work easier. The developed AHD closed circuit television grants a full overview on the hotel premises, including all restaurants, bars, fitness and pools, corridors and service areas. A developed fire alarm system with emergency power supplies was also set up, and all systems are surge protected the same time.

Biometric Access Control System for RMA Laos

Our team completed the first 2 stages of a large scale security project with RMA Laos, by handing over 2 sites equipped with developed SUPREMA biometric access control system. The system is not only protecting the sites from unauthorised entries, but also sourcing time and attendance informations to the central office HR team being connected to the HQ servers. As the project advances our beloved client will have much less headache with enrolment of employees or managing access on different sites, as the access and attendance management of each site will be available from the HQ directly and in real time.

How NOT TO install security

How NOT TO...

Is this the way?

After facing countless bad events, shocking stories and sad customers coming from competitor companies, we decided to launch a new topic with photos with pure educational intention because of system conditions and business behavior of some private companies we noticed to spread in Laos. The common aspect of theses stories – even in the best case – is the poor quality that can be tracked back to the performance of the supplier company itself . So called “security companies” – some of them well known in Laos –  still seem not to be aware what are the basics for security and electric installations, putting the clients in an awkward situation and disposing them to even more risk they faced before the possession of some systems – more sadly these uncareful installers or traders are hereby pulling the reputation of the whole local security service industry very deep, including those few who try to perform well. We should understand in case we security firms and teams will not be unitedly able to perform quality works for the customers and to respect at least the basic operation conditions for each and every systems, we will loose our customers and we let foreign companies to come over the borders and expand their competition strengthened services in this country.

A little care goes very far

repair & maintenance small

maintenance?

Dear Reader! In case you encounter similar conditions at any of your security systems like shown to the left, it is time to start to worry: your system will soon give up the daily fight against dust, water and pesticides, and will soon simply stop performing the duties you purchased them for – from one day to the other.

With a little care lifetime of even the most economic systems can be extended, their performance increased. Usually the yearly maintenance cost of any security system, including their installations, wirings and other related parts and fixings is around or even below 10% of their purchase value. Definitely much more affordable than investment into a new system every year! And what is to be done in case the phase on the picture is already achieved  – but even better and strongly recommended before?
