Monitoring for professionals: Kerberos integrations earned respect from Europe

Remote monitoring of systems is a well known tool of security solutions – however the service itself is always ready for extensions and development. Whenever a new system to be monitored is met, or an individual demand is identified engineering tasks and careful design is essential. All these and more is available at Kerberos.

Precisely set up local monitoring systems are key elements for the appropriate production in any industry. What is the appropriate temperature of the chemicals processed? How many parts must go trough the quality control process a day? Is the supplier delivered raw materials appropriately? Where my alarm system was triggered a moment ago? The answers are signals born in sensors and detectors, transmitted via identified network to a central station where all datas are processed in real-time. In case the risks and threats can be outsourced, simplified or supervised by 3rd party protocols, all emergency procedures can also be tailored accordingly, immediately providing benefits of more secured layers earned together with lower costs and decreased risk levels – for the sake of secured production and quality.

Bosch introduces the Automatic Fire Detector 440 Series

Fairport, US – Bosch Security Systems has launched the Automatic Fire Detector 440 Series of analog addressable devices. The new series, consisting of seven detectors and four bases, includes detectors with photoelectric, heat and carbon monoxide sensors for maximum reliability and reduced false alarms.

The detectors are also designed with Bosch’s powerful Dual Ray Technology, which provides extremely reliable fire detection. The technology’s dual-optical sensor uses two LEDs (one infrared and one blue) to scatter light. The detector compares the intensity of the different wavelengths to determine smoke density and particle size. This allows it to differentiate between smoke particles and other particles – such as dust or steam – that can cause false alarms in other detectors.

Kerberos to install k5 Titan locks on further sites of Phu Bia Mining

After K5 Titan master lock system first successful installation wave in 2010 introduced first at Phu Bia mining – the famous brand continues to expand in Laos in 2012. Security Maintenance Contract signed with Embassy of Australia

Maintenance proved to be an efficient and cost saving tool if security and accounting departments come to the same meeting. Most embassies, companies and larger system owners realized this fact after their systems were in continuous operation for years. Dusty camera lenses, access control firmwares thirsty for updates, new versions of governing softwares to install and launch, expanding number of users to include in time and attendance systems… “all this headache was not clearly explained before!” – a common complaint heard from lot of clients.

In early 2011 Embassy of Australia was decided to employ qualified and reliable service provider partner for the maintenance of the years ago installed BOSCH CCTV system of the Embassy compound in Vientiane. After tendering and set up 3 months probation period for the maintenance, Kerberos earned to sign long term agreement with the Embassy and opened new market segment in the Lao PDR. So far there was no company offering reliable and professional maintenance for security systems and their subsystems – like wirings, surge protection, backups etc.
